Course Fees

Training course fees will be outlined in any training proposal submitted by EKGTA. The fees will be invoiced on receipt of a course booking confirmation. Payment should me made via IBAN before the start date of the course. IBAN details will be provided on invoicing.

Students who do not have a sponsor company will be asked to pay a 25% deposit before visa support letters will be issued. EKGTA operates a strict ‘No Refund’ policy once a course / event has commenced.

For International students, fees paid in advance are non-refundable with the exception of visa refusals. If a trainee’s / delegate’s visa has been refused, the client must submit both the original offer letter and original visa rejection letter to claim a refund. Any such refund will be subject to a 15% administration charge deduction.


Cost of Living

Students should budget £750 per month ( not including course fees ) to live and study in Scotland.


Currency / Banking Arrangements

Students who wish to open a bank account should bring proof of their home address and a letter of support from their sponsor company and any other information that may support their application. It is not practical for students who are on a 4 week program to open a bank account. Students should arrive in the UK with at least £200 for incidental expenses.
