Three Phase Motor Control

Objectives

By the end of this course delegates will have the skill and knowledge of:

2) 3 Phase Motor Control:

Understand the operation of and wire circuits for -

- Direct on Line Starter
- Forward and Reverse Starter
- Star/Delta Starter


3) Fault Finding on Control Circuits:

Including -

- Fault Finding Techniques
- Control Circuits
- Relays
- Contactors
- Timers

Requirements

Have some experience in safe electrical working practices, safe use of test equipment and Isolation procedures.

Notes

This course would be suitable for mechanical maintenance staff and installation electricians who wish to develop greater skills and knowledge in the electrical aspects of their job.
