AutoCAD Intermediate

Objectives

This course is designed for the experienced AutoCAD® user who requires additional training. It incorporates the features, commands, and techniques for becoming more productive when creating, annotating, and printing drawings with AutoCAD.

This intermediate-level course continues to build on the basic concepts of the AutoCAD Essentials course.

Hands-on exercises throughout the course explore how to create 2D production drawings. The exercises are provided in both a printed format as well as an onscreen format that can be viewed next to AutoCAD.

Requirements

It is recommended that delegates have a working knowledge of:
¦ The current or a previous release of AutoCAD.
¦ Creating and editing basic AutoCAD objects, or completion of the AutoCAD Essentials course.
¦ Microsoft® Windows® 2000 or Microsoft® Windows® XP.

Notes

1. All training will be carried out by specialist staff, through individual coaching, lectures, demonstration and practical experience using AutoCAD Workstations and Official AutoDesk courseware and exercise CD-ROMs
2. A sandwich lunch will be provided.
3. A 4th day may be available if required
