Objectives
The aim of the qualification is to provide delegates with a basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, including the duties of employees and employers under UK health and safety legislation. Delegates will learn how their actions contribute to health and safety in the workplace and gain a clear understanding of their responsibilities to others.

Requirements
The qualification pre-supposes no former knowledge on the part of the candidate. Candidates will come from diverse educational and work experience backgrounds and could work for employers ranging from large multinationals to small businesses. Candidates may also be unemployed.
The Level 1 Certificate is assessed by a one-hour examination comprising 40 multiple-choice questions, which sample the learning outcomes above.
Notes
This course includes our Heath & Safety awareness course and can be attended as 1 course or as 2 separate course.
The course is delivered by qualified instructors using a variety of training methods.
The price includes all training material, registration and testing.
